We all know that taking care of our skin can make our appearance more fresh and youthful. Have a skin care regime to anti age your skin

Of course, genes play an important role too. When your grand parents and parents did not develop many wrinkles when they got older, there is a good chance that your skin won’t develop them that fast either. But don't worry if you are not genetically blessed. It is more important is keeping a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise, getting enough sleep, healthy food and not too much alcohol (alcohol can have a very bad dehydrating effect on the skin), drink plenty of water and no smoking. Then there is makeup. Although makeup can’t reduce wrinkles, it can help us look a bit more rested and can help with evening out skin tone. As even with proper skin care and a healthy lifestyle, as human beings we will get older and our skin might need a bit of help to look more refreshed. Picking the right foundation colour is crucial in achieving a youthful look. Too dark and you will look haggard, too light and bright, you will look like a clown or geisha.
